ABTBizConnect 9TH EDITION EXPO & FAIRS 2026

VENDOR & SPONSOR TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT

By completing this registration form, you agree to the following terms:

1. PARTICIPATION & PAYMENT

  1. All booth fees, sponsorship fees, and ad payments must be paid in full to confirm participation.
  2. Payment confirms your slot. Slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  3. All fees are non-refundable, except if the event is cancelled by ABTBizConnect.

2. VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Vendors must sell only approved products/services. No fake, illegal, or harmful goods.
  2. Vendors must set up by 8:00am daily and keep booths manned until closing time 6:00pm.
  3. Keep your area clean. Waste disposal is the responsibility of each vendor.
  4. ABTBizConnect is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to vendor goods.

3. SPONSOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Sponsorship benefits will be delivered only after full payment is received.
  2. Artworks, logos, and branding materials must be submitted 2 weeks before the event.
  3. Sponsors agree to be mentioned/promoted on all ABTBizConnect platforms and media.

4. EVENT RULES

  1. Date & Venue: Oct 1 – 4, 2026 | National Stadium, Surulere, Lagos
  2. ABTBizConnect reserves the right to accept/reject any vendor or sponsor application.
  3. No subletting of booths without written approval.
  4. Participants must comply with all safety, security, and COVID/health guidelines.

5. IMAGE & DATA USE

By participating, you grant ABTBizConnect the right to use photos, videos, and business information for marketing, reports, and on www.abtbizconnect.com marketplace.

6. FORCE MAJEURE

ABTBizConnect will not be liable for cancellation or postponement due to government action, natural disaster, or other events beyond our control.

7. AGREEMENT

I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by all the above Terms & Conditions.
I understand that breach of these terms may lead to cancellation of participation without refund.
